Returns & Refunds
Return window
Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened supplements, serums or grooming tools.
Damaged or wrong item
Email care@womensveda.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
How to raise a return
Write to care@womensveda.com with your order number and reason. We schedule a reverse pickup where serviceable; elsewhere we share a self-ship address and reimburse standard courier cost.
Refund timelines
Once the returned item reaches and clears our warehouse check, refunds are initiated within 3 working days and reflect in your account in 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies.
Launch note
The store is not yet live. These terms take effect from the day orders open.
