Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Other serviceable pin codes: 4–7 working days. Remote and north-eastern regions may take up to 10 working days.
Shipping charges
Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹59 is applied at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also use our Track Order page.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. After a third failed attempt the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-ship or a refund.
Launch note
The store is not yet live. These terms take effect from the day orders open.
